What should I do if my package is damaged?

What should I do if my package has not been delivered and is lost?

If you have not received your package, please contact our Customer Service to report the problem. We will file a claim with the carrier.

If the package is found, it will be delivered or refunded to you.

If the package is declared lost, you will be fully refunded.

Important: You have a period of 14 days from the date of shipment to request cancellation of the sale and reimbursement of the items in the event of non-delivery. After this period, no dispute will be accepted.

My tracking shows the package was delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

If the follow -up indicates that your package has been delivered, but that you have not received it, we advise you: to check with your neighbors or the guardian of the building (if applicable) and to check if the package has not been deposited in a relay point or a secure place.

How can I return a product purchased in store?

Purchases in stores must be returned to store only within 14 days for an exchange or a valid for 6 months (excluding promotional items). No refund will be made in stores?

How can I return a product purchased online?

You have 14 days after receipt to return your items. You can make your return request from your personal space my account> My orders> Initiate a return. E-shops cannot be returned to the store.
