Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

The data controller collected on this site is the company MD DIFFUSION SAS. 

2. What data do we collect and who can access it?

When you browse our site or make a purchase, we may collect different categories of personal data according to your interactions:
 Data related to your orders and your account : name, first name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number, information on purchased products, order history
 Payment data : Payment information is processed securely by Shopify, Stripe, Paypal or Alma according to the means of payment chosen. The customer team can access the status of your payments in order to find out in case of success or failure.
 Marketing and customer relationship data : transactional emailing (confirmation, order follow-up, abandoned basket), newsletter subscription, communication preferences, opening and clicks rate on our emails (via Klaviyo)
 Navigation data : IP address, type of browser, operating system, consulted pages, visit duration, abandoned basket, data from cookies (see dedicated section)

These data can be collected directly (via forms) or automatically (through similar cookies and technologies). They are used only by MD DIFFUSION and its technical providers on behalf of MD DIFFUSION. Your data is never communicated to a third party.

 Marketing and communication : sending newsletters, invitations and personalized offers if you have agreed, Marketing campaigns on social networks exclusively via our official Mes Demoiselles Paris accounts.
Continuous improvement of services : Navigation analysis to optimize the user experience, measurement of commercial and marketing performance, content customization displayed
 Compliance and legal obligations : compliance with legal, accounting and tax obligations, fight against fraud, security of transactions


The data is used exclusively by MD DIFFUSION SAS and its technical providers as part of its activity. They are never sold to third parties.

  • Shopify Inc. (secure e-commerce platform)
  • Shopify Payment, Paypal, Alma, Stripe (secure online software and platforms)
  • Klaviyo Inc. (CRM and sending newsletters)
  • Gorgias (Application for processing customer service requests by all our communication channels) 
  • Fastmag (commercial management and billing)
  • Metabusiness (sponsored marketing on Meta, via our official account only)

 All these providers comply with the GDPR and implement the measures necessary to protect your data.
