Deadline to return an article

The Customer has a legal period of 14 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods without having to justify reasons or pay for penalties. The methods of exercising this right of withdrawal are mentioned in the paragraph "Conditions of exchange and return" below. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer will be fully reimbursed for the sums paid upon receipt and verification of the return of his items without excessive delay and at the latest within 14 days of the date on which he exercised his right of withdrawal. Mesdemoisellesparis.com will reimburse the customer using the same means of refund as that used for the initial transaction.

In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, the Customer must send us their communication relating to the exercise of their law before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Return conditions for reimbursement

Customer service will provide you with a Return pre -printed DHL slip.

The returned item (s) must be new, unused and in their perfectly intact original box.

Any return must be the subject of a return request from the "My account" section of the www.mesdemoisellesparis.com site.

The customer can make a single return online request by order on the site www.mesdemoisellesparis.com.

If the customer's order has several items and that he wishes to return more than one item, he must select during this return request all the items he wishes to exchange or be reimbursed.

State of articles

All returned items (shoes, original packaging, accessories, instructions ...) must be returned perfectly intact.

Upon receipt of the package, Mesdemoisellesparis.com will judge the perfect condition of the returned goods. No return will be accepted if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged due to the customer and this use or damage makes items unfit for sale. If the return is refused by Mesdemoisellesparis.com, the items will then be returned to the Customer at their own costs without the customer being able to require any compensation or right to reimbursement, with the exception of the subsequent exercise of their rights to guarantee on sold goods.

Reimbursement of returns

Subject to compliance with these return conditions and exclusively for returns made using the transmitted slip, Mesdemoisellesparis.com will reimburse the items returned within 7 days of the reinstatement in stock of goods.
