Packages are generally shipped:

the same day for any order placed and paid from Monday to Friday before 4.30 pm;

the next day for any order placed and paid from Monday to Thursday after 4.30 pm;

the next business day for any order placed and paid from Friday 6 pm to Sunday at 11:59 pm.

For the non-European-Union deliveries, the customs duties and sales taxes have to be paid to the courier at the reception of the parcel by the customer.


Regardless of the chosen shipping method, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track your parcel delivery online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may include a fixed rate and a variable rate depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to consolidate your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders and you will be required to pay the shipping costs for each. Your package will be shipped at your own risk; special care will be taken for packages containing fragile products.

Packages are oversized and secured.

All potential taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.


If the aforesaid items have not been delivered within 7 days from the date scheduled at the time of the ordering, and if the excess time is not due to force majeure, the customer may cancellation of the sale by sending a certified letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the address: SAS MD Diffusion /, Customer Service, 42 rue Diderot - 93500 Pantin.

The sum paid by the customer will then be refunded in full.

The customer has a period of 30 working days from the date of dispatch of the order to request the cancellation of the sale and the refund of the items on the ground that they have not been delivered.

No dispute of delivery will be accepted at the end of this period.

The customer is required to check the condition of the items delivered.

Any fault concerning the item (damages, missing items concerning the order form, damaged and open package, or broken/defective items) must be imperatively indicated within 3 days of delivery.

All the articles proposed by are subject to the legal guarantee provided for in articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.



The customer has a legal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to exercise his/her right of buyer’s remorse without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties. The terms and conditions governing the exercise of this right to buyer’s remorse are mentioned in the paragraph "Exchange and return conditions" below. The costs of return the item(s) are the responsibility of the Customer. The customer will be fully reimbursed the amounts paid upon receipt and verification of the return of his articles without excessive delay, and no later than 14 days from the date on which he/she exercised his/her right to buyer’s remorse. will reimburse the Customer using the same means of reimbursement as that used for the initial transaction.

In relation to the buyer’s remorse deadline to be respected, the Customer must communicate with us the wish to exercise this right to the buyer’s remorse before the expiration of the said deadline.


The item(s) returned must be new, unused and perfectly intact in their original box.

If the customer's order contains several items and he wishes to return more than one item, he will have to select all articles that he wishes to exchange or for which he/she wishes to be reimbursed at the time of said return request.


All returned items (shoes, original packaging, accessories, instructions ...) must be returned perfectly intact.

Upon receipt of the parcel, will judge the perfect condition of the returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and such use or damage renders the items unsuitable for sale. If the return is refused by, the items will then be returned to the customer at his own expense without the customer being able to demand any compensation or refund entitlement, except for the subsequent exercise of his rights to warranty on the goods sold.


Subject to compliance with these return conditions, will refund the returned items within 7 days of the reinstatement in the stock of the goods.
